Return Policy

1. No Returns After Opening Seals

We don't accept return of items after opening of the seals of the received product. We don't accept return of product if you plan to return the items after using any of them.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, don't worry — we'll make it right. We're happy to replace the damaged or incorrect item or offer a refund for that unit, depending on the situation.

Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, and return pickups are not possible. You won't need to send the product back — just email us at info@qualitymandi.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Timeline

Once you share us the photos of the damaged products you receive, we will issue a refund within 07 (Seven) working days to your bank account or UPI id as discussed during refund process.

Refund Process:

  1. You received damaged products.
  2. You clicked the photos during unboxing.
  3. You send us to info@qualitymandi.com within 24 hours.
  4. We will analyse the case and ask you to share more details.
  5. Once we satisfy that the issue is from courier, we will issue refund.
  6. The total process will take not more than 07 (Seven) days.
  7. You will get your refund within 07(Seven) days from the date of your first email.

2. No Return Shipping Required

As a Customer, you don't need to send the damaged items back to us in order to get a refund. We will issue automatically based upon your genuine input as described above.

3. Local Pick-up Policy

Important: We don't return or refund for local pick-up items. Customers has the responsibility to check the items before leaving the pick-up counter.
